Volunteering With Conservation Volunteers
Last Wednesday a group of Senior Secondary students assisted Conservation Volunteers with the ongoing maintenance of a shelter belt of indigenous trees planted at the back of the Killarney Camp Ground. Students replaced old tree guards and re staked many trees that needed attention. The weather that morning was calm and sunny and all students enjoyed a great conservation activity in the outdoors. Many thanks to Nick Graesser and his team from Conservation Volunteers for organising the activity.
