Senior Primary Camp
On Thursday, the Senior Primary students went to Ballarat for camp. They visited Sovereign Hill where they were transported back to the 1850's gold rush. The students saw what it would be like to live in the 1950's and learned about the value of gold. They attempted to pan for gold, tried their hand at bowling and went through the Red Hill underground mine. The students also had a tour of Ballarat and visited Lake Wendouree, the site of the 1956 Olympic canoeing and rowing course. All the students have enjoyed a night away with their friends and an 'olden days' adventure.
